Group card questions
What is LittleSurprise?
An online group card that everyone can sign, presented as a little capsule machine. Each capsule holds a message from someone they know, and they open them one by one. You send it as a private link that opens in any browser, with no app to download. It is a card full of messages, not a gift voucher.
How do I make a group card online?
Add their name and the occasion, then share the link in a group chat or email. Everyone writes their message, and can add a photo or voice message on paid plans. When everyone is in, you finish the card and send them its private link.
Do people need an account to sign it?
No. Only the organizer makes an account, to save and manage the card. Friends sign it from the link, and the person you make it for opens it without signing up.
Is it free?
Yes, you can make as many free cards as you like, each with 2 messages including yours. For a bigger group, Celebration is $9.99 USD for 15 messages with photos, and Keepsake is $19.99 USD for 40 messages with photos and voice messages. It is one payment per card, never a subscription. Signing and opening are always free.
How many people can sign one card?
Up to 40 on Keepsake, and a Keepsake card can add more room, up to 200 messages in total.
Can I schedule it for their birthday or last day?
Yes, on Celebration and up. Pick a date and time, like midnight on their birthday. You can send the link early, and it shows a countdown until then.
Can the card art be about them?
Yes, on Keepsake. Describe a memory, like the café where you met or their dog stealing socks, pick a mood, and Bibi, our little gift box, draws an AI illustration for the top of the card. Everyone gets 2 tries on their own message. You can draw one free while you make your first card to see how it looks.
Will they find out before it’s ready?
No. They only see it when you send them the finished card’s link. Contributors use a separate link to sign, so keep that one out of their inbox.
Who can read the messages?
The organizer can review every message. Contributors can’t read each other’s messages. Anyone with the finished card’s private link can open it, so share that link only with the person it’s for. They can keep the link or save the card to their account while the service remains available.
