New baby card questions

What is an online new baby card?

A card for new parents that friends, family and coworkers all sign online from one link. It works for a baby shower too, and the parents open each message one by one whenever they get a quiet minute.

Can we use it for a baby shower or a coworker’s parental leave?

Yes. Pick New baby and share the link with the shower guests or the team. It is easy for remote colleagues and family who live far away to join in.

Do friends need an account to sign it?

No. Only the organizer makes an account, to save and manage the card. Friends sign from the link, and the new family opens it without signing up.

What should I write in a new baby card?

Congratulate them, say something kind about the parents they will be and offer real help, like dropping off a meal. Short and warm is perfect for tired new parents.

How many people can sign one card?

Up to 40 on Keepsake, and a Keepsake card can add more room, up to 200 messages in total.

Is it free?

Yes, you can make as many free cards as you like, each with 2 messages including yours. For a bigger group, Celebration is $9.99 USD for 15 messages with photos, and Keepsake is $19.99 USD for 40 messages with photos and voice messages. It is one payment per card, never a subscription. Signing and opening are always free.

Who can read the messages?

The organizer can review every message. Contributors can’t read each other’s messages. Anyone with the finished card’s private link can open it, so share that link only with the person it’s for. They can keep the link or save the card to their account while the service remains available.
